Your instructor

Meet Yassy.

Yoga teacher. Meditation teacher. Aerialist. The person cheering loudest when you go upside down for the first time.

Welcome to Aerial Yoga with Yassy

Move. Breathe. Connect.

I'm Yassy — a certified yoga and aerial yoga instructor dedicated to helping you move, breathe, and connect with yourself in new ways.

Through playful yet mindful classes, I create space for you to build strength, release stress, and rediscover your lightness — on and off the mat.
